I found this dead mongoose right outside our hotel. I actually spotted it and identified it from the bus window while pulling up.
My friend Josh and I at the Temple of Karnak in Luxor. I think I made him a little uncomfortable.

Ha Ha, Love the smiles :)
Oh, wow... LOVE all the pics!!! I love being able to "see" what you see! THANKS!!!
oh gosh all your names are jeff, josh, john, and john? haha. Cool pics! Great job spotting a mongoose at 50 mph. I would have said "hey look! A weird Egyptian squirrel!" but then again I was always a little more blonde than you.. that might explain it! Glad you're having fun big bro!!
How funny that you would spot a mongoose...from the bus window no less. Again...jealous. Looks like you are already adjusting to traveling again.
SOOOOOOO JEALOUS
Oh son, I hope you are recording in detail these adventures. I know you will do a great job someday of writing about them. Great to see the photos. Don't ya just love world travel!! I'm like Lindsay, I would have said that mongoose was an Egyptian squirrel or a Cairo critter!!
Jeff, Devo and I are loving the pics! looks like you are having a lot of fun... love the pyramids!
Jeff, in case you were curious about cause of death for the mongoose...it was lung cancer.
Ha...I know, Ryan. Did you say that because of the horrific pollution in Cairo or because of the two cigarette butts next to it's head?
The cigarette butts, but I'm sure that the air pollution played a role in his death.
